Adjusting to 3!

These first couple of days have gone by so fast!! I can't believe that tomorrow Aisley will be 1 week old! It has been so wonderful enjoying this new little baby girl in our family. Aldon has been a big help and is already so protective of his new baby sister. Adilynn has been so cute with her as well and is giving her lots of hugs every day, and she always tells me when the baby is crying with a worried look on her face (even if I am holding the baby she will let me know :)
I was thinking it would be a lot harder with 3, but at least for now, in the beginning it has been good. I have had lots of help though, so I can't say how it's going to be when I get back to full time routines of cleaning, cooking, working, playing games with kids, laundry, dishes, meals, getting kids to and from school, church callings, yard work, etc....! So for now i am eatin it up, that I just get to enjoy this little one with my other two kiddos!

Thank goodness for Family!

My mom of course was there with us, and also went and watched our kids, made us meals, cleaned my house, bought us groceries and baby gear, and many more amazing things, so wonderful to have her!!
It was nice having my sister and her hubby Brady in town when I actually went into labor! They took care of our kids the morning we were headed to the hospital at 5am in labor! Thank you Sis!
My dad was able to come over that morning and brought us DQ shakes!

Huge Thanks to my Brother Brian & SisIL Jodie for taking our kids that night (we were in hospital overnight) for a slumber party with their cousins! They picked out pumpkins, had pizza, and cupcakes and played til they dropped! Thank you so much, our kids are still talking about the fun sleepover! Jodie also brought us over dinner the night we got home from hospital!

sleepover buddies: Meigan & Adilynn

My brother Jeff came down from Boise as well to see his new neice!

Mark's mom was also able to come down on Tues and stay overnight for a visit! She made us some delicious food, and some frozen meals that we could use for later, she kept my other kiddos entertained so I could get some rest, brought them some cute toys and outfits, cleaned my kitchen, and enjoyed her new little granddaughter! So fun to have her come visit!

Hey buddy. That's so awesome you had your little girl. My wife is so very jealous she is ready for her little girl...not right now though. We are living in Vancouver, WA. just across the river from Portland, OR. Last I heard you were in Twin Falls. Hope you get some sleep buddy.

Congrats! I am writing this one-handed. The only time I get to sit down and look at blogs is while nursing! She is a cute baby! Love all her fun head decorations. I miss not having the accessorizing power with my new son!
